The Role

 

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead engineers and designers to bring ideas to life - and partner with Growth and Marketing to launch them. You’ll drive some of Thread’s fastest-growing product lines, including Voice and SMS communication support, unlocking magical experiences for MSPs’ end customers.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Own the roadmap and priorities for your product lines.

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.

  • Drive discovery: user interviews, competitive research, data analysis.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering to document, prototype, and deliver products, empowering your team to make great decisions.

  • Enable Growth and Marketing to reach and engage partners.
What You Bring

 

  • 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or consumer software.

  • Startup or high-growth tech company background.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across a remote-first team.

  • Proven leadership of small, cross-functional teams.

  • A track record of building customer-facing products that excel in design and user experience.

  • A “radical” problem-solving mindset and comfort with experimentation (and failure).

  • Experience working with high-velocity teams that ship frequently and iterate fast.
