THE AI & AUTOMATION CONFERENCE FOR MSPs
MoPop Museum Seattle
Sept. 29-Oct. 1, 2026
Sponsors
OVERVIEW
What started as Thread's AI Service Desk Leadership Forum in December 2024 has grown into a movement: 700+ MSPs, 200+ weekly attendees, and a community outgrowing its original name. AI Service Unleashed brings that energy to life in person, uniting MSP leaders and the industry's most forward-thinking, AI-obsessed vendors for peer-driven learning and practical insight into the future of service desks.
This year, the conference lands in Seattle at the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), a venue built for bold ideas about AI, automation, and the future of MSP operations. Attendees who complete 8+ flagship sessions and ship a real project at our hackathon earn the AI Service Delivery (ASD) Certification, proof they've built and deployed AI agents that move a service business forward.
ATTENDEES
AI Service Unleashed is designed for:
- The best service desk managers
- The best service desk technicians
- Transformational CEOs and COOs
The goal is to share best practices using AI and automation so MSPs can deliver exceptional service experience while increasing profitability and without adding headcount.
Our AISU community draws forward-thinking service desk leaders dedicated to unlocking efficiencies and improving customer experiences. They come from operationally mature MSPs who are seeking guidance on the best strategies for using AI and automation in their businesses.
With just 100-120 attendees and 6 sponsors, we are dedicated to hosting an intimate, educational, engaging, and inspiring event.
THE VENUE
Few venues spark creativity quite like the Museum of Pop Culture. Built to celebrate music, art, storytelling, and innovation, MoPOP is a space designed to challenge convention and inspire new ways of thinking.
Connect with peers while exploring immersive exhibits, iconic artifacts, and bold architecture that embodies the spirit of creative risk-taking. Surrounded by the culture-shaping ideas of the past and present, attendees will gather in a setting that encourages fresh perspectives, meaningful conversation, and big ideas about the future of AI and automation.

The Future of Intelligent Service Delivery: How MSPs Scale Without Headcount
MSPs face an impossible equation: technician shortage, exploding ticket volume, and margin pressure. Thread believes AI-driven intelligent service delivery is the answer. Join our leadership team for a product keynote exploring where service delivery is heading, how managed AI agents enable MSPs to scale without increasing headcount, and Thread's vision for the next generation of support — voice, inbox, AI routing, and autonomous intelligence.

Leveling Up: How Thread Transformed GadellNet's Operation
CSAT scores only tell part of the story. Join Kurt Beard and Max Hyman from GadellNet as they dive into how top MSPs are measuring the entire client journey to uncover what's really driving retention and growth. Walk away with a broader framework for tracking client success beyond the survey.

From Reactive to Intent-Driven: Rethinking Customer Service
Join Dennis Heiss with New Charter Technologies as he breaks down how to move from reactive ticketing to intent-driven service, showing you how to define clear customer intents so technicians solve problems instead of asking redundant questions. You'll walk through real triage scenarios, learn Thread's framework for smarter automation, and leave with a concrete plan to tighten your own intent definitions.
-
4:00 – 5:00
Taking Back Control: How MSPs Stop Being Order-Takers and Start Being Experts
MSPs built a "yes" culture that gave clients permission to dictate service. This session unpacks the uncomfortable truth: why you're trapped in reactive mode, how to diagnose the patterns keeping you there, and the playbook to reclaim authority as the expert, not the vendor. A candid conversation with Jake Gipson (Customer Enablement & Training) on mindset shifts, client management, and reclaiming your business.

Whatever makes you comfortable while still being professional. Closed-toed shoes, pants, and a t-shirt will work just fine. We'll be indoors for most of the conference, but late September in Seattle means the start of rainy season, so bring a jacket and an umbrella just in case.
