Thread’s AI Service Desk Leadership Forum launched in December 2024 as a way to share product updates and gather quick feedback. It quickly grew into a highly engaged community of more than 500 MSPs and 100+ weekly attendees, eventually evolving into AI Service Unleashed to better reflect the ambition and focus of the group.

AI Service Unleashed brings together MSP leaders and the industry’s most forward-thinking, AI-obsessed vendors for peer-driven learning and practical insight into the future of service desks.

This year, the conference heads to Seattle at the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), a venue that celebrates creativity and innovation and sets the stage for bold ideas about the future of AI, automation, and MSP operations.
