Thread to Host 2026 AISU Conference at MoPOP in Seattle

This fall, AI Service Unleashed is heading west.

From September 29 to October 1, 2026, we’re bringing the AISU Conference to Seattle, hosted inside one of the most iconic venues in the city: the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP).

If you were with us last year, you know AISU isn’t a typical conference. It didn’t start as one. What began as a weekly conversation among MSPs trying to make sense of AI turned into a real community. People showed up consistently, shared what was working (and what very much wasn’t), and pushed each other to think differently about service, automation, and the future of the service desk.

AISU Live was our way of honoring that momentum and bringing it into the real world. And the response made it clear this was just the beginning.

So we’re doing it again. Bigger, bolder, and with the same commitment to keeping it real.

AISU Conference 2026 is about the next chapter of AI-powered service. Not the hype cycle, not the vague promises, but the practical, sometimes uncomfortable work of actually changing how service desks operate. Over three days, we’ll bring together MSP leaders, technicians, operators, and builders who are deep in it. The ones experimenting with AI in production, rethinking workflows, and asking hard questions about what automation should replace, what it should enhance, and what still needs a human touch.

We’ll spend our time on the conversations that matter. What AI has unlocked over the past year. Where it’s fallen short. How teams are restructuring. How customers’ expectations are shifting. What it takes to scale without burning people out. You’ll hear from peers who are willing to share real numbers, real lessons, and real mistakes, because that’s how this community has always operated.

And then there’s the venue.

MoPOP is a place built to celebrate creativity, disruption, and the ideas that reshape culture. From music and sci-fi to gaming and innovation, it’s a space that embraces the weird, the bold, and the future-facing. It felt like the perfect backdrop for a conference focused on reimagining service and breaking away from the way things have “always been done.”

Just like last year, we’re intentionally keeping AISU focused and high-impact. This isn’t about massive expo halls or passive sessions you forget the minute you leave. It’s about being in the room with people who care deeply about where this industry is going and want to help shape it together. Expect great conversations, great food, a few surprises, and plenty of moments that remind you why you got excited about this work in the first place.

AISU has always been about showing up. Showing up curious. Showing up honest. Showing up willing to learn from each other. That’s what made the community special long before it was a conference, and that’s what will continue to define it in Seattle.
