Fueling a Year of Growth
If you’ve been following our journey, you know our goal is simple but bold. It’s to replace the chaotic and frustrating status quo of support as a service with AI-powered workflows that actually work. That is helping MSPs resolve more issues in less time while creating magical support experiences for end users and unlocking massive revenue efficiencies for scaling MSPs.
Over the past year, hundreds of MSPs have joined us in reimagining what support can look like. They’ve seen firsthand how real, working AI can cut down time-to-resolution, automate repetitive tasks across multiple agents, and unlock new levels of operational efficiency and revenue growth.
This new round of funding — led by Integr8d Capital and David Bellini (co-founder of ConnectWise, CEO of CyberFox) with participation from Headline, Adam Slutskin (former CRO of ConnectWise, co-founder of CyberFox), Vince Kent (Founder of Synthreo, formerly CEO of MSP cloudIT and CTO at Lyra Group, early believer in Thread, and highly connected in the MSP ecosystem), and leading MSPs — will allow us to innovate even faster in areas like AI dispatch, multi-agent automation, and real-time resolution.

Welcoming Michael Evers as CEO
We’re also excited to announce that Michael Evers has joined Thread as our new Chief Executive Officer, working alongside co-founders Mark Alayev and Matt Linn to scale the company’s operational footprint while preserving our culture of innovation and customer obsession.
Michael brings a unique mix of startup and public company leadership, with experience ranging from early roles in consumer technology to global positions in SaaS, data, and conversational AI. His focus will be scaling Thread’s operational footprint while keeping our innovation engine running full speed.
