The WBM team has been with Thread for a long time. Tyler, or "TMAC", who speaks in all caps, doesn't take no for an answer. He originally helped us build the Microsoft Teams app and designed the layout.

Back in the day, we didn't have an admin panel where you could build your team's app. You had to manually log into a third party content management system to update the Team's apps. But Tyler said, "it's cute that I can see all my chats in Microsoft Teams, but we're really trying to do something bigger here."

So they pushed us to build Inbox, a true, real-time service engine, providing tremendous value to MSPs. Thank you for being a great partner.
