A customer is a company that the MSP has in the PSA as a customer and chooses to use Thread for.

How can I change my plan?

Reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager, and we will adjust accordingly.

What if I need more than 20 customers?

Go for it! There is a minimum of 20 customer deployments.

After 20, you'll be billed by active usage on a monthly basis @ $26/customer.
