Thread’s weekly partner forum, AI Service Desk Leadership Forum, started in Dec of 2024 as an easy way to share product updates and get quick feedback. It quickly blossomed into a lively discussion group with over 250 registered MSPs and 100+ active attendees every week and evolved into AI Service Unleashed to better represent the goal of our community.
There is a need for AI and automation thought leadership among MSPs and a passion for peer sharing and learning. We are inviting the industry’s most-forward thinking and AI and automation-obsessed vendors to join us for our inaugural in-person event.
